‘Riding in My Car’ Quilt is an absolutely delightful and unique patchwork cot quilt features a number of blue appliqué cars and hand-embroidered comments (such as Klunk klik, pop bang, put put!, etc.)* Sympathetically quilted all over with a meandering ‘free-motion’ pattern, suggesting winding roads, hills, etc. The edge binding is made from a sky blue and white gingham fabric, and the backing is white with sky blue polka dots, making it reversible. Bonus!
This would make a very special first birthday gift!

This quilt is a ‘one-of-a-kind’ quilt.
Technical: 100% Cotton patchwork pieced upper, backing and binding. This quilt features finest quality 100% Cotton ‘Hobbs Heirloom’ batting (wadding).
Note: This quilt has been pre-washed and so displays the traditional ‘puckered’ effect of one of our hand-made patchwork quilts.
